To support mental health in our community, Niagara Falls Public Library offers a number of books covering evidence-based skills and techniques that can help with depression, anxiety and a range of other mental health challenges. As with all of our materials, these are FREE to borrow with your NFPL library card.
We intend these library materials to supplement your existing care, assuming you already have mental health supports in place. If you are in crisis or if you need to connect with mental healthcare in Niagara, please see the resources listed below.
