Public Computers and Wi-Fi
Public computers are available at all locations of the Niagara Falls Public Library.
For your convenience, all public computers offer the following capabilities:
- Internet access
- Microsoft Office 2010 and LibreOffice
- Printing (at a rate of 20¢ per black and white page or $1 per colour page)
- Downloading or uploading onto flash drive (provided by customer)
A valid Niagara Falls Public Library card is required to access a public computer.
Customers ineligible for library membership can register for an Internet Only card at no charge with presentation of identification. One-time use guest passes are also available at a cost of $2 for those who prefer not to register for either a library card or Internet Only card.
Computers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers can reserve a computer in advance for a specific date and time through the Library’s booking system.
Reservations can be made by calling the library location you plan to visit or by booking online.
Express Internet stations are located at the Victoria Avenue Library and Community Centre Library. These are quick-use stations with a 15-minute time limit and are non-reservable.
Wi-Fi (wireless) Internet access is available at all library locations. The service is available only during library hours. No password is required, however customers must agree to the Library’s Internet Use Policy upon connecting to the Wi-Fi service.
