Niagara Falls Public Library has entered into a reciprocal borrowing agreement with Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library until June 30, 2018. This agreement permits Niagara Falls Public Library cardholders to get a free library card from Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library and borrow items from their collection.
Terms of the Reciprocal Borrowing Agreement
● You must present a valid library card from Niagara Falls Public Library, as well as an official piece of identification with correct name and current address, to be eligible for a library card from Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library.
● You will accept the policies of Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library as a condition of borrowing items.
● You will be responsible for the return of borrowed items. Items may be returned directly to Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library or returned to Niagara Falls Public Library for transport to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please note: Niagara Falls Public Library is not responsible for items while they are in transit, nor for ensuring the items arrive on time in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
● Interlibrary Loan and Visiting Library services aren’t available to Niagara Falls residents through Niagara-on-the Lake Public Library. However, these services are available through Niagara Falls Public Library.
