Public Computers

Please do not use the Library’s Public Computer service if you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

All public computers offer the following capabilities:

  • Internet access
  • Microsoft Office 2019
  • Printing 
  • USB Access

Limited public computer access is available while we comply with COVID-19 related health and safety procedures. 

Sessions may be booked for 30 minutes with a maximum of 90 minutes per day based on availability.

All customers entering the library will be asked general COVID-19 screening questions and will be required to wear a mask or face covering before entering the library. Physical distancing must be maintained and all directional arrows, rules and procedures must be followed.
All customers must provide a name and contact information for contact tracing purposes as per Ontario Regulation 82/20 (Schedule 8).

Walk-ins will be allowed but customer appointments (using the form below) will be given priority.


Wi-Fi (wireless) Internet access is available at ALL library locations. The service is available only during library hours.

No password is required, however customers must agree to the Library’s Internet Use Policy upon connecting to the Wi-Fi service.

A valid Niagara Falls Public Library card is required to book a public computer.
